Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, that eBay customs torn apart in and out the packaging, I still cant say im please with the product as I bought it to use it through the AV Connection for my CRT tv which is in my opinion, is unplayable. The image severely trobes and is unable to focus itself. I have the old retron 3 AV and the image is fine. So I m not sure if this is normal or I got a defective unit but I d rather use my old one that gives a clear image with no blur. HDMI works good.
