Shipping was pretty fast , but for 1,300 dollar electronics the packaging could of been better , wrapped in thin plastic with a label,
Got the unit , opened it up followed all the instructions and the Bluetooth would not connect , I spoke with Autel shop person and they said send it back it should be working, not the sellers fault, these things are mass produced in China and mistakes are made , returned the item today for a refund ,
