My score pertaining to shipping time considers the full shipping schedule and not only when it leaves the seller. Whilst the item was shipped from the seller in an expedient manner, the actual delivery time did not match what was said at time of purchase. I believe some onus should still be on the seller to ensure what they say at time of the sale transaction actually applies. Using the excuse of a third party or its beyond their control should not give way to taking away any responsibility.
