This craftsman old style 42 inch deck is just perfect perfect perfect! It has been very difficult to find the correct one for my 1996 lawn tractor. Deck arrived in great condition! Engine was well packaged. Due to it being used some old oil did spill but easily cleaned up. After installation the engine would cut out after running awhile and not turn over until I recharged the battery. It turned out that the voltage regulator was bad. I swapped it out with the one from the old engine and it runs good. It would help to know what make & model equipment it came out of.
