    I begged to cancel my order and they kept my money and sent it anyway horrible customer service

    Did not ask me to cancel item till it was already in the blue post office drop box where I put it when I got off work so it would be shipped out first thing in the morning. I told him what eBay told me when I contacted them and asked them how to handle it. All he had to do was pay to ship the item back and I would have sent his money back minus the cost of shipping which is what the person told me to do when I contacted eBay. eBay said it is not my fault he got buyers remorse. Have a great day!
