Lots of connectivity issues experienced due to the Windows version. In the end, the modem would not continuously connect to the server. Due to the issues, I removed it from my computer and it is now sitting on a shelf. While the item arrived on the last day it was promised by, the package was not delivered to the post office until 3 days after the shipping label was created.
