I tried corresponding with them but my messages go unanswered. I reported them to ebay but have not heard anything back. Something does not quite add up with this seller. Also, be aware they ship using USPS soft packs which are not the greatest for protecting contents in my opinion.

I had a slight issue that I caused and they responded via email in less than an hour. They took care of me right away. The memory came in anti static paper And rolled in bubble wrap. Then the mailer was bubble wrap lined. The modules look brand new. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
