This Maybelline Cool Effect Cooling eye shadow in cold as ice I received today. I took the wrapping off, removed the lid and there is no color tip in there at all. I am sure with this being sealed, this is no fault of the seller. It is just that all 3 items I purchased from this seller were a disappointment.
