The outer diameter was bigger than stated, I wasn't able to get accurate measurements, I had to grind them down several times to get them to fit into the 1' bearings. That process took at least two hours of grinding and sanding. When I was finally able to get them inserted into the bearings, I did a test fit of the axle and that inner diameter was too small. I ended up having buy new 1" bearings. Very disappointed in this product and do not recommend.
