what is the seller looking for a row ..this is very poor customer service ..its not my fault they use incompent delivery service ..leaving the rod in a open porch faceing the road is not a secure delivery service by any means ..then start haveing a pop at me for pionting this out ,is totally out of order ..perhaps you shouldnt be in the retail business with you dodgy attitude ..you dont have a go at youre customers when they have been truthfull and polite .....
