    The German postal office was charging an extra fee $60 because of the COVID-19 pandemic and I paid the extra fee. The seller requested an additional $50 to be paid afterward due to an inadequate shipping charge which was waived eventually when I declined. I know sometimes this can happen, but it would be a good learning lesson for international transactions both for sellers and buyers that the shipping must be double-checked always.
