Well the new rack and pinion was not shaped like the OEM I took off my vehicle. Which is a 02 Audi A4 3.0L 6 speed manual with almost 48,000 original miles. Also the hardlines are touching the firewall, and 2 of 3 mounting bolts were somewhat cross threaded. 1 was perfect, no issues. I just hope it does not leak, like my OEM did. This was not easy to remove and or install. I like the seller, so I thought I'd try with big price item. I will not next time.
