I contacted them to have them tell me if there was a special way of using it as it was too thick not icing smooth at all. I even tried to thin it to no avail. Returned the product (used only a very very small amount). They then claimed that I used most of it and even did not return hardener. All lies - do not do not do not purchase from them. I have pictures of the product and can show that the product is horrible. Stir stick stand straight up in product because it is thick.
