    Shipping was great. Cost was fair. Unfortunately the knob provided differs from the Original Kitchen Aid knob in terms of orientation (horizontal/vertical axis) molding and the depth of the insert hole. Despite these differences, the knob can be used to replace the original and provide (grip) function. Perhaps this feedback, while not negative, will help inform those of some KitchenAid mixers to check their units closely.
