I ordered a bottom seat cover for my truck. Shipping never happened, it said it had a tracking number but never made it to the post office. After about a week with no tracking updates, I merely inquired. They promptly issued a refund. I never asked for one because I needed the part and only wanted to receive it. After that occurred, I tried to reorder but they had locked me from ordering, like I did something wrong. I tried Ebay messaging more than once but they won’t respond. Why? Good luck.

This is a great product. Perfect match for my oem seats. Dealership asked an insane $700 for the same part. Need hog rings and pliers to install. Took me about 45 minutes after getting the seat out of the car. Would definitely buy these again if needed - my car looks so much newer!
