- x***d (7)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasePaid for item and waited 2 weeks for them not to even ship the item..The person made a fake label for shipping..Received the tracking number and waited 2 days and the item was never shipped..I even called UPS and gave them the tracking number and they wasn't even scheduled to pick up the item..Luckily I got my money back..Buyers beware..

After 10 minutes of trying to get some cold air, I turned the dial to hot and it turned out cold air. I didn’t read anywhere on the description that the center dial hot and cold was actually reversed, did you know that?  I mean it works but I thought I was only getting a used product not defective.

There was dirt in the bearings and spline. The fact that this company claims they’re worried about customer satisfaction is a joke.
