    Key did not work on the tool box. Not sure of the issue and it just may be a bad lock. I am taking the locking mechanism out of the tool box and will take it to a locksmith. Thanks anyway.

    These tool boxes, all the drawers have to be completely shut or the lock bar in back will not engage / disengage properly. The keys are tested on my own tool box but if yours is unsatisfactory please you can return it for a refund.
