    Straightforward communication. Provided photograph from phone to identify the key code of the original Honda key. I was supplied that number by e-mail so can mow quote the correct key code should I require another key cut. The key produced was cut from a new blank so of new condition. The quality and appearance of the supplied key was fantastic. Realise that many modern keys may also require to be coded to a vehicle which is a separate service Overall wonderful value for money and service.

    The key didn't work in any of the three locks on my bike. The seller would only offer a refund on return but I needed the key urgently so had to pay a local locksmith to recut it correctly at my own cost. Programming the transponder was pretty straightforward so at least that went well. I now have a working key but only after a lot of faffing about I definitely would Not Recommend having keys cut remotely from a photo. Be warned!
