Seller did not send items in time. I already purchased from another seller and fixed the issue. I cancelled through Ebay, then sent him a message about cancelling. Two weeks later he sent non-working itmes anyway.Then an email that he diod not see my cancelling, and that there was a note on Ebay that he is on vacation - which is not true. He said that he will accept the returns, and then denied. I contacted my credit card. I would have kept these items as spare, but none worked.
