I work in a plant where the provided hard hats are basic (i.e. ugly), and I have gotten nothing but incredibly positive comments about how this one looks. There's stainless steel everywhere at work and it's very easy to bump against it. With that being said, I would love to have a harder finish to better protect the dip. Also, having an option to have my name applied in a contrasting color, would be a really nice option. I'd buy from this company again.
