I have reached out to the seller via eBay messages but have yet to receive a reply about exchanging this damaged item with an undamaged one.     This huge heavy vase arrived safely as it was wrapped several times in thick bubble, but the box split open on one side. I would suggest using stronger boxes for glass. I don't know why shipping was so high either.
