    Hello, the endoscope is packed by a white hard box, out of the box is packed by foam, out of the foam is packed of a outer carton, I supposed it was safe. I am sorry the endosope is broken even we packed it as such a way, if you can accpet, we can resend the endoscope to you again. Thanks,
