    The threads on the 12x1.75mm nuts that were welded on the washer which connects to the rear spacers above the perch would not allow the bolt to fully thread. We had to run the appropriate tap through the nuts to reform the threads properly. These should have been quality checked during the fabrication process. I also felt they may have been substandard nuts (barely a grade 5?).
