I called Jane to see if something was wrong. I followed her instructions and tried a second cartridge with only 3 oz of toner. The same thing happened with gray background. Jane said print more it will go away. I wasted 30+ pages and got the same results. There is something wrong with this generic toner. It does not seem to be compatible. I don't recommend buying this toner.
