Solid black areas have a subtle repeating horizontal bar pattern to them, but I can't see how the toner powder could cause that. Another refurbished cartridge does similar. The bars seem in line with the circumference of the rubber output roller and I think maybe I didn't get it cleaned good enough or maybe parts of the toner cartridge are worn out. I'd buy this again.
