When I order the product, some of the shampoo leaks from the lid and soaks the inside of the shipping package. I think a piece of cellophane tape placed over the top to keep the lid down will solve this. Please pass this on to the shipperf

I do not believe they are the jumbo pillows that I thought I was ordering and which is stated on the order. The pillows only say classic, not classic jumbo. Also, the tracking site was not and still is not updated. That was a problem since they were stated as arriving by Saturday and, it being a holiday weekend, I really needed to know when to expect them.
