I opted for the digital download for a service and oweners manual, they were sent to me within 48 hours via a zip file. The file had multiple copies of each manual in different languages, but I only need the English ones. The owners manual was perfect, but the English service manual unfortunately has about 2% of the pages in spanish. So far it hasn't impacted me, but I deducted a star for it, as its not really a complete English service manual.
