Per the listing there's a core requirement for this order. Since we're rebuilders we depend on customers to return their old parts to us (called "cores") so we can keep rebuilding. To ensure we receive the cores back we charge a deposit that we hold until we receive them. This is industry standard. We provide a prepaid label to return them. I got my air suspension bags in two days, which I really needed, because I was on foot until I got them and installed them. There is just one thing wrong with the product. One air bag did not have the boot tie. Fortunately, I keep zip ties in my home stock. I had to piece together three of them to seal the boot top. RMT, you need to do better quality control.
