      On arrival, "shelf pulled kit" plain newspaper wrapping/ packaging in a box. Missing parts. Contacted seller, "fast posted" missing items.

      The missing parts from the C4 rebuild kit that you ordered were the two band nuts, the band nuts are supplied in the gasket & seal kit which are assembled & packed/sealed from US manufacturers (Transtec or Precision). Without question i Express Posted two band nuts once you notified me. As you are unhappy with my level of service i would suggest you seek other suppliers.
