Item was securely packaged and promptly shipped. IMHO, the word 'Adjustable' in the description is a little misleading. The heal strap stretches because it's made of rubber and in that way it's adjustable-bigger. But if you order too big [as I did with these fins] there's no way to adjust the heal strap tighter/smaller. Therefore I'm going to be asking the seller for an exchange....
