When the mailing label was created on April 3rd, it was supposed to be scanned by the USPS to initiate the tracking and provide package acceptance. A week later, the postal service still hadn't scanned the package, so I called and spoke with the folks in customer service at the Boxery. I told them that I my package was supposed to arrive no later than the 7th, but it had never left Lyndhurst, NJ. She offered to send me a replacement order
