There is a very nice person answering their phone named Kelly, but when there is a problem, she sends the issue to unknown dannystrannys reps, who all sign their name as dannystrannys on communications. These reps will not follow any written agreements made. After a written agreement, and they refuse to return an extra 220 $ i paid in shipping costs as their own profit, stating "we only pay shipping to the nearest airport".Reply from: dannystrannys- Feedback replied by seller dannystrannys.- Feedback replied by seller dannystrannys.When you paid our shipping charge, there was no problem. We charge a flat rate. Sometimes we make up a little, sometimes we lose a little. In the end, it balances out. We are not selling shipping services, just transmissions. We do not cover import fees or duties and taxes. It is stated on invoice and new order email. THAT is what this is about. NOT the product or service. It is a shame that people leave a review based on if they get their way or not, not on how the product performs :(
