    A great seller. The item shipped on time but the USPS and third party carrier took awhile to deliver the item. When I got the item it appeared to be packaged well and not dented, but the item, that was listed as working, was not working. I think the price was a good value and the seller did their best to send the item as described. When I contacted the seller they gave me a refund immediately. Was disappointed it didn't work but relieved for the care the seller took in resolving this.

    I ordered my Keurig K12 on 11-04-25, it was listed as used & tested, the estimated delivery date was 11-12-25. I was shocked when it arrived today, (11-07-25). It actually beat the tracking information! The coffee maker arrived in perfect condition, minus the box and styrofoam packing but the bubble wrap was above and beyond! It was beautiful, inside and out, and looked brand new. It works perfectly and I am so pleased that I have my old coffee maker back but now with new life! Thank-You!!!
