Brilliant experience all-round. The seller's jewellery expert was very knowledgeable and accurate and did not mind me messaging her. The item arrived quickly and the packaging was eco-friendly recycled material. I am thrilled with it. It's a very beautiful piece and very well made. Exactly as described, and the photos were very useful in aiding my decision to purchase it. Very good value for money on a piece that will give no doubt become a collector's item, if it isn't already!

All as advertised, packaging was very good, plenty of bubble wrap and other material to help, fragile labels clearly visible. Postage was a slight issue but this was down to email delivery day discrepancies, out of the sellers control. I consider the item to be reasonable value for money. I would recommend this seller to anybody.

Can't fault the seller in any way extremely well packaged and delivered quickly, how ever item in the retail package was not as described on the packaging ( not an E-D grid screen ) so whoever donated it to the hospice to sell used the E-D screen and put the screen being replaced in the box , a risk you take buying second hand equipment in this way. As it's sold on behalf of the hospice I won't be returning it.
