Based on weight, hard to justify cost of shipping. - Item was NOT as listed however, seller did say return them, then blocked all communication as if I did something wrong. Too afraid I would not get credited. - Very Poor value and experience overall due to condition. Never did they apologize just two words, “return them” before blocking me. - eBay should not allow this.
