    Item was brand new. Due to fragility shipping across the entire country I told buyer I was putting more bubble wrap on top of scanner to keep it safe as I have had the plate glass shatter before during shipment. Even offered $50 partial refund as a courtesy. Can't make some buyers happy, and some buyers like to leave feedback instead of contacting me directly. I have 1600+ sales on Ebay. Look at my feedback, I don't sell used items as new. Sadly some people on Ebay can't be trusted.
