    I certainly would dissuade anyone from buying this particular item. It is a 32-bit disc (not 64-bit, as described), which is worthless on any 64-bit machine. He ships these discs in broken cases, poorly packaged in a padded envelope. To add insult to injury, he will make you package it up and ship it back to him for a refund - instead of allowing you to throw it in the trash, where it belongs. Stay away, and buy a bona fide 64-bit Windows 10 Pro disc from someone else.
