    Shipping was really fast and packaged well. The only issue I have is the item was not as described. Seller notes used/works well and the Ebay prompt, "fully operational and functions as intended". However, never mentions one of the tripod legs was missing a hose clamp. I reviewed the listing thinking maybe I missed it but it was never mentioned. When I extend one of the legs, it pulls completely out without stopping. When I spend this amount, I would have preferred to be aware of this upfront.
