It's 35 inches, which is a size XS bust measurement. I think the value is about what I paid for it. ? care was given the item before it was placed in a baggy for shipping. Still had the thrift store green tag on, so not cleaned by eBay's requirements before shipping. Maybe seller had an off day, or maybe they aren't careful.
