After 10 days without a tracking number and NO delivery...I contacted seller. 3 days later they responded that "they were out of town" and said they would be back in 4 days. I filed complaint with ebay to get a refund. Ebay issued refund days later when time ran out on the seller to respond. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! SHOP ELSEWHERE!! Grade F

    I was 1,000 miles away for 10 days. I simply forgot to put on the "unavailable" status. Ebay didn't issue or force the refund, I did, just like I said I would. Sorry I was on vacation with my kids and you didn't get your $10 toy fast enough. Did the caps lock make you feel better? lol. I'd also like to point out that the listing clearly states "I am not a full time seller.....please don't be surprised if an items takes a few days to get shipped...if you need an item ASAP please let me know."

Or...why didn't you at least respond and give me a heads up...or an option to cancel if i needed this quicker?? No. You Failed! AND are still not taking responsibility for your inaction.
