However, when I received the hat, it was so small it didn't fit my head at all, so I had to soak the hat in warm water and put a conditioner on it to soften the leather, and used a "Hat Stretcher" for a week to try to expand the leather. When the hat fully dried, I took off the stretcher and re-conditioned the hat with a leather cream, but the hat was still too small, so I put the hat back on the stretcher for a couple more weeks.
