I tried to message the seller, and gave it several days for a response, and they have chosen to ignore the issue. Grill plate was pushed in on bottom not shown in ad, and the top edge has a big dent in the lip of it on the front. I ordered the unit because it looked cleaner then the others and showed up banged up. Main complaint is the Sellers Lack of communication. Ignoring an issue doesnt solve anything
