Die Platte laufen sehr ruhig und waren trotzdem schnell und für die damalige Zeit "riesig". Jetzt , 16 Jahre später, gibt es natürlich weitaus bessere Platten mit viel höheren Kapazitäten. Aber wenn man mit diesen Platten ein RAID-System aufgebaut hat, und eine Platte "stirbt", dann muss man sie durch eine gleiche Platte ersetzen und das war der Grund des Kaufes.
