I order lots of printers, and the biggest problem I have is getting them to arrive undamaged. I have ordered printers from Palm Printers multiple times and they always arrive in good condition. Thanks for packaging your products so they survive. I might find a cheaper price for the same thing, but the price makes no difference when the product arrives broken. You guys ROCK!

Other than those two issues, everything else was excellent. Printer was in excellent condition and was like new. It was packed amazingly well. I assume the cord will be sent to me and was just an “oops”. Would definitely buy from them again,
