    Vacuum was NOT as described, motor made grinding noise when cycling down. Seller told me I had a good deal as they accepted my best offer. Slickjolly does not accept returns, I asked for reasonable partial credit. I also had 2 technicians test the vacuum & both said: SEND IT BACK! I told (slickjolly,) about the techs opinions, then I never heard from the seller again. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company & I hope I win. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SLICKJOLLY - THEY ARE DISREPUTABLE!!!!

    Buyer displays clear scamming behavior and has a long history of doing this to other sellers! Just review their feedback and you'll see it. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent them from purchasing an item from you in eBay's current sales system or preventing them from harming your feedback score. All of this over a $20 vacuum! Good grief. I filed a report to eBay and requested that eBay do more to protect it's sellers and their reputation from dishonest buyers like this one.
