    I paid for UPS 2nd Day shipping, but the item was sent via a significantly cheaper and slower method with a different carrier that took five days instead of two, and seller refused a request to refund the difference, which was about 15% of the order total. Camera was well packaged, but was so dirty that some features (zoom lever, battery compartment latch) did not function properly without significant cleaning.
