This never stated it came in the original box, it did have the original tag attached. In addition, I have a 2 business day shipping policy, which is stated & it was mailed within the time frame. After it leaves the post office, I have nothing to do with the time it takes to reach you. The witch is supposed to be bent/leaning(bobbler) over the pumpkin. I always secure the items I ship to prevent damage.
