Item was ordered mar.27th. seller advised me of delay due ice storm...then 2 weeks later I contact him for status, only to find out he has not shipped as April 12th. Item would not be delivered on time or within reasonable time frame. He messaged me that I could cancel. I did in same date. Waited 3 days for his acceptance to refund and cancel. Now he has declined. I'm an Ebayer of 23 yrs with positive rating. Avoid seller
