The vitamin bottle tamper seal had been removed and the inner seal opened. The cotton filler was removed. The seller obliviously knew the condition of this bottle when packed for shipping. I certainly did NOT KNOW that the seal was broken. It would have never been sent out with a broken seal. The buyer has been granted a refund. ALSO - this buyer never contacted me before leaving negative feedback so the issue could have been resolved without FALSE accusations being made.
