Other than that, the laptop was as described, clean, minor scratches, normal wear. I appreciate the fast response and great communication. We did work out the issue of the cracked screen to both our satisfaction. I would do business with this seller again. Great eBayer 5 stars PS I know it is listed as an Envy but the model number is a Pavilion, I got the model I wanted. TY
